The reference screenshot's "Spend $X, get Y" bars assume a multi-item cart accumulating toward thresholds. VitaTherx's actual model is one product + package tier per order, with a flat $9.95 shipping rate (see functions/_lib/pricing.js) -- there's no threshold/gift-with-purchase-by-spend logic to hook this up to yet.
